Having been a full-time Realtor for so many years gives me a unique understanding of our market and the subtleties of buying and selling real estate in the GTA together with the ability to provide the very best in client care. Vast experience in marketing homes and working as both a Seller's Representative and a Buyer's Representative insures caring and impeccable service to all our first time buyers, first time sellers, repeat clients, entrusted referrals, seniors, as well as valued investors. Extensive prior experience in Sales and Property Management form the foundation of my career as a Realtor.

I have lived and worked city-wide and settled in Guildwood in 1996.  Together with my family we enjoy all that this remarkable neighbourhood provides to us.  Raising children here has afforded me firsthand experience with local schools and programmes such as French Immersion.  Having volunteered with both 3rd West Hill Scouts Group and 1st Downsview Medical Venturer Scouts, as well as various school events, has kept me in touch with the needs of growing families.  Working throughout the GTA, including Durham and York, with valued Clients and Referrals I bring a wealth of experience to all your Real Estate needs.
